We have listened to your feedback about our telephone system at Hanley Primary Care Centre, and we agreed that this required improvement.
Therefore, we have invested in a new telephone system that is designed to provide a better patient experience, and aims to significantly reduce the issues faced with the previous provider.
What does this mean for me?
We now have a new telephone number: 020 3874 5676. Please note this number now if you have not done so already.
To minimise disruption to patient services and to ensure all patients can access us in the same way, patients who continue to call the old number will hear the following message: Hanley Primary Care Centre’s telephone number has now changed. Please hang up and call the new number, 0203 874 5676, that’s 0203 874 5676. You will not be redirected to the new number. Thank you.
Please note:
- the above message will go live between 9am to 10am on Wednesday 14 September 2016, and patients will no longer be redirected to the new number – this will mean that there will be some downtime to the old number during this time.
- the old telephone number will cease altogether, including the recorded message, on Tuesday 15 November 2016. This is to allow patients sufficient time to become familiar with the new number.
